ATL International is currently seeking several VTE candidates at our Vicksburg Mississippi and Washington D.C. locations to provide Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Video Streaming services to DHS/ICE IT Services Delivery (ITSD). Activities will include integrating and supporting VTC and video streaming technologies. Individual will provide complex troubleshooting for telecommunications circuits, Codec's, Bridges and Inverse multiplexers.

The Engineer will be responsible for the site survey, Requirements analysis, implementation planning, configuration, installationg, integrations, testing, daily help desk support, and training of local on site personnel. Extensive hands-on experience with H.320 VTC, H.323 VTC, Streaming Video (uni-casting, multi-casting), and Video On Demand (VOD) technologies. Strong IP Network, T1, and ISDN troubleshooting, video streaming knowledge and experiences preferred which including Cisco CCNA, MPLS, and Quality of Services (QOS).

1. Familiar with Polycom end-point or other equivalent VTC equipment
2. Familiar with Polycom MGC bridge system.
3. Hands-on H.320 and H.323 experience
4. Strong WAN background and knowledge (T1, ISDN, F/R, ATM, MPLS)
5. Strong LAN experience (Router, switch, server, and workstations)
6. Strong video streaming knowledge; uni-casting, multi-casting, and video-on-demand (VOD)

VTE 1 - HS diploma, 0 to 2 years experience in tlecommunication area, serves as a technician to operate the VTC equipment and assist the VTC session

VTE 2 - BS with 3 to 5 years experience in telecommunications or VTC area, serves as a VTC Help Desk expert to do basic troubleshooting, set up conference and monitoring, schedule VTC sessions, and coordinate special VTC events

VTE 3 - BS with more than 7 years experience in telecommunications or VTC area, serves a Tier II VTC Help Desk expert to do advanced troubleshooting, technical diagnosis, bridging multiple sites, and replacement of defective VTC equipment

All the personnel supporting this project must at least be eligible for a Secret Clearance. Personnel that are involved with the secure VTC locations will need to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
