This position requires hands on experience with proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, contract administration, execution of teaming and subcontract agreements, and contract closeouts.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of directly related experience
Extensive experience and knowledge of managing government contracts (fixed price, time and material, cost plus fixed/award fee, level of effort, and GSA Schedule)
Knowledgeable of the FAR
Ability to review and analyze RFPs, identify contract risk, draft/negotiate T’s&C’s of teaming and subcontract agreements, as well as coordinate appropriate review in accordance with corporate policy and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PC and organizational skills
Strong pricing experience and ability to work independently and take the initiative to handle complex contractual issues
Ability to manage multiple projects and develop quick turn-around contract management strategies
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
