ATL offers a full range of services to Federal Government customers, including: Information Technology, Environmental Services, Management Services (MOBIS), and Instructor-led Training and Web-based Training.

ATL is a SeaPort-e prime contract holder in all seven geographic regions. The SeaPort-e contract N00178-07-D-4937 was awarded on May 2007. Contract duration is for 10 years. ATL is a woman-owned small business under SeaPort-e contract.

ATL also provides support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Projects include Performance Assurance Program Reviews and Emergency Management (Technical, Guidance, and Policy Analysis Support).
