222-S Relevant Experience

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL), a woman-owned and disadvantaged small business, is a nationally recognized laboratory organization providing analytical chemistry and associated radioanalytical services. ATL, an NRC licensed entity, specializes in technology oriented radiochemical analyses of difficult to measure radionuclides. In addition, ATL has the capability to integrate its analytical services with other corporate capabilities including environmental management, occupational health and safety and emergency management.

ATL has successfully performed projects for the DOE Headquarters, the Richland Operations Office, the Office of River Protection, and Fluor Hanford Inc. ATL is familiar with the requirements of ISMS, the DOE accelerated cleanup, the Hanford Site, and the Tank Remediation Projects.

In this Table, ATL summarizes its relevant project capabilities and experience working under rigorous quality assurance requirements, such as NQA-1 or EPA's DQO. ATL is certified by Los Alamos National Laboratory for compliance with 10 CFR 830 Nuclear Safety Quality Assurance. To efficiently present our past experience, we have also identified and quantified our relevant RCRA and CERCLA experience in the summary table.

Additionally, ATL has teamed with two organizations that own or operate numerous laboratories throughout the United States. Severn Trent operates over 30 analytical facilities and is the largest environmental testing company in the world. Battelle, our other subcontractor, manages 5 national laboratories for the Department of Energy that specializes in the development and commercialization of technology.
