Environmental Impact Assessment

ATL reviews, develops, and prepares environmental impact statements (EISs) and environmental assessments (EAs) in support of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Examples of ATL's work include:

• EIS for the decommissioning of a nuclear fuel fabrication facility.
• EA for the relicensing of an independent spent fuel storage installation.
