SeaPort-e Quality Control and Performance Management

ATL’s QA program is documented in written, approved Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs). The following table denotes the ATL QAP’s that are applicable to this project:

QAP 1.0 Work Process Controls
QAP 2.0 QA Training
QAP 3.0 Work Product Review
QAP 4.0 Records Management
QAP 4.2 Production of Electronic Records from Hardcopy Documents
QAP 4.3 QA Review of Scanned Documents
QAP 5.0 Assessment
QAP 6.0 Information Control

Execution of ATL’s QA program is based on the concept of “plan, execute, assess.” All work activities that affect quality are rigorously planned to ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, regulatory and contract requirements, and ATL QA procedures. ATL Team members are trained to execute project work activities in compliance with applicable procedures. The degree of compliance with documented planning goals attained during execution of the work activity is assessed and corrective actions are developed and implemented. This approach to QA allows ATL to focus on three primary objectives to meet the quality expectations of Seaport-e: (1) Reduce costs; (2) Ensure total customer satisfaction with all products and services; and (3) Monitor and improve quality on a continuous basis.
